Heartland Brewery Chophouse

Very decent place! Good selection of beers and burgers and conveniently located in the heart of times square. This is the place to cool of with a nice lager!

There is a good menu and we had the Steak Frites which was inexpensive and the steak perfectly medium rare as ordered. Beer and wine were good. Service was efficient. The restaurant and bar have a good ambience and it is well located close to Times Square at the front of the Port Authority Terminal on 8th Avenue and we would recommend it to others

I had my first Superpower IPA four years ago at the Fresh Hop Festival. "New York Nate," as we now call him, was there representing Heartland . While other brewers were stingy with pours, Nate smiled and handed me a big glass, stating, "Comrade means friend."

We had a very enjoyable meal in here on a Tuesday night. Pork sliders, beef sliders and the ceaser salad followed by cheesecake were thoroughly tasty. Fairly quiet in here but excellent service and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.

Good beer and tasty food. Though our waiter was not enthusiastic, he was very flexible and accommodating.

So I went here with co workers for lunch. Space is big and comfortable for a group. Service we great. Waiter was very nice and attentive. Our food came out quickly and hot. I wasn't thrilled with my pick. The crab and shrimp fettuccine. There was less then half an ounce of crab meat and about 4/5 shrimp. Salty and oily. Everyone else was happy with their food.

Always loved this place, especially because of their prize brew Farmer Jon’s Oatmeal Stout! Crowded today but we managed to get a corner booth right away, and our waiter took our order in no time. Our drinks came first, and the food arrived just as quickly. Looks like this dinner is going to be great!

The ambiance is nice. The staff is friendly. I was dissapointed! If the hamburger is the one of the best hamburger of New York City, it means nobody has tasted the delicous hamburger before. I do not like the hamburger, unfortunately :(

Great atmosphere and friendly service. You are well taken care of here. The food was good. I recommend the fried pickles and the Back porch lemonade. The Brownie sundae dessert was a great end to a nice dining experience. The bathrooms are located downstairs. There are plenty of seating options available.

I wish I had another stomach. This place is awesome. Right off time square about half a block away, this joint has the best soup. The fish tacos are great! I had the farmer brown beer and the red rooster. Ooow wow!!!!! For dessert, try the cinnamon apple crumb pie with vanilla ice cream. Ask for Luciano the waiter. Service was on the spot. You're going to love this place. Good American rocknroll music...happiness the NY NY way of doing things. You will not be disappointed.

This restaurant is right in the middle of Times Square (and definitely one of the better restaurant options for that area). It’s close proximity to everything is just one more reason to visit! The have a large list of beer, but also tasty cocktails and a good wine selection as well. I had their Fettuccine with Shrimp and Crab meat and my friend had their NY Strip Steak Sandwich with fries, both great options! My pasta was delicious and the drinks were great also! They have $2 dollar Jim Beam fireball shots which are dangerous, so I highly recommend getting food while you’re there!

Home is where the Heartland Brewery is.Despite the heat, nothing is better than a fresh cold brew at the end of the day and Heartland provided that in style. With a rustic bar area right under the mixing ingredients they use to make some amazing brews, Heartland offers an enjoyable watering hole for you, your friends, and the new friends you'll make! Heartland knew their crowd and offered up some great drinking games, surely played by the staff when they're waiting for the ales to ferment and kept the night informative with a brief tour of the workshops and the large icebox that kept the audience cool at the end of the night.They have set hours when they are open to the public and if you're a craft master and enjoy taking a tour of local breweries, I would highly recommend making your way down to check out Heartland Brewery Taproom in Brooklyn.

Diverse menu, good food, good service.

Stopped for dinner at Heartland Brewery between parts 1 & 2 of the Cursed Child, which was convenient due to the close proximity of the theater. Service was fantastic. The food on their menu fit my wife and my low-carb lifestyle very well. My 7 year old son, who is a "slow-eater," finished his kids' burger and fries in record time, which told us he REALLY enjoyed his meal. My wife and I started with the Buffalo Spring Rolls, very tasty, and we both had salad entrees, Chicken Caesar and Buffalo Chicken, respectively. I only tried their Stout, but it was delicious. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to avoid the chains in the theater district/Time Square. Heartland is going to be on my list of restaurants to go to whenever we are seeing a Broadway show. I'm looking forward to visiting again when we have more time and trying their steak and more of their brews.

It was delicious. I want to go again.
