Hearth Room Cafe

We like this place and have hadded it to our places to eat on Sunday mornings. We had the Athens with egg whites very tasty. The hostess was very helpful. So wa the waitress. Homey atmosphere.

Excellent tasty eggs. Wish they offered more gluten free options. Not the place if you are vegan. Forget the honeydew and cantaloupe for the fruit. It is out of season and it is tasteless. Excellent flavored Decaf Coffee.

This was a very relaxing environment with a beautiful fireplace to warm up by. They have an excellent menu and the environment was very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and they had quite a bit on their menu for everyone to choose from. It was not crowed so this is a great spot to hit on busy weekends. It is tucked away so you have to park and then walk to the restaurant but it isn't that far.

This restaurant is tucked away in Lamp & Lantern Village but worth the extra steps.It's quiet with at least a couple large dining rooms. By all appearances (menu, atmosphere and clientele), this is mostly a ladies luncheon establishment. I even noticed a number of tables of women playing cards near the back. :)I ordered the Bar-B-Q Chicken salad which was delicious (mixed greens, black beans, corn, tomato, bar-b-q chicken breast, cheddar and onion straws). I skipped the onion straws and ordered their ranch dressing on the side. It tasted homemade and was equally delicious!Attentive service and very good experience.

The food was extraordinary and the staff were wonderful. The prices are very reasonable too. I will definitely go back.

I can't rate the dining experience because I had lunch to go. The Club Melt sandwich, fresh fruit cup and brownie. The club melt was good, it had a nice amount of quality Turkey and Ham but only one piece of Bacon. The fruit was fresh. The brownie was amazing, soft, sweet and oh so chocolatey!

I love this place. The food is always fantastic. The service is outstanding. Great place for gatherings, special occasions, or just a quick bite to eat.

Very nice atmosphere. Food was disappointing. Hard to find. GPS took us to the rear of the building.

Excellent breakfast spot! Surprisingly large and cozy inside the restaurant, and decent pricing on the menu. We both got the country combo, which I believe was $9.99. Got a good amount of tasty bacon, and the biscuits and gravy were super delicious. Great service too - we'll definitely be back soon!

We went there because I saw I sign that said best biscuits and gravy! So I decided to check this out! The gravy was so watery that it almost looked like a soup & it hid the meager biscuit portions underneath! It seemed like they took a biscuit cut it in have and covered it with there weak soupy gravy. The bacon was good but the eggs & potatoes were nothing to write home about & for how not busy they were the food was cold.I usually take tons of pictures of my food but apparently I was so unimpressed I only took ok picture.Needless to say we haven’t been back.

Food was nice and service was a bit slow but it was because they only have 2 servers. So if they get one more this would be an easy fix. My burger was above average, nothing special. The last time I got the French dip and it was much better.

Marty and his awesome staff are always great. The food is really consistent and wonderful!!
