Nice, low key environment with great food! You can expect to spend about $10/person. We ordered the Orange Tofu and the Pad Thai (if you get the Pad Thai, definitely ask for extra peanut sauce!!). The flavors and vegetables were wonderful, but our tofu seemed a bit stale (hence the 4 stars). I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good food! Lots of varying flavors! Dessert was delicious! Roasted veggies had a little too much oil for my preference, but that's just me. Friendly staff! Clean restaurant and bathroom!

Heart and Soy offers delicious and incredibly affordable ($6-10) vegan southeast Asian meals. While many local vegetarian joints scramble to make gastropub food with meat substitutes, Heart and Soy's dishes make you forget all about meat with excellent vegetables, house-made tofu, and a huge variety of noodle/rice dishes. Being a chef-owned and family/friend run business is a bonus in a region recently inundated in chain restaurants.An excellent spot for anyone - not just vegans. Do yourself a favor and skip the "Great Wall/Panda/etc" chain for more affordable, more authentic, and definitely more delicious food.

I don't know where to begin. Consistently amazing. Meat eaters love it and as a vegetarian, it is heaven. The food, service and ambiance... truly my favorite restaurant in the city! I think that over the years I have ordered everything or been with people who have... every item is delicious, fresh and just exceptional

The food is fresh, carefully prepared, and all of it is soooo good! I have a difficult time trying to decide because I love everything I have eaten here. Meat eaters don't miss the meat - that is how tasty the food is!

I wouldn't recomend. Had to wait to get waiwaited on (not busy). Had a party of 3 only got 2 menus Had to move my vehicle in the middle of eating. Very poor service unfriendly. The first time coming was great but this experience has been a disaster. Came all the way up here to get good mushrooms but they wasn't as good as the last time

Not normally a vegan aficionado, so was pleasantly surprised with the options and environment. From what I’ve heard, this is the best Vegan spot in Louisville.

The miso soup tasted as if it was made ahead of time, frozen and then reheated. And it was room temperature by the time I got it, which was more than an hour later. We got there around 7:30 and received our food around 8:40. The rest of our food was also room temperature. The reviews seem to be misleading

Lovely place, and great food. Almost everything is vegan, and I especially love their fried rice options and their carrot 🍰😍❤️

I wish there were more restaurants like Heart & Soy in Louisville. The food is so well made and consistent and the menu is very affordable. I always get the Pho because of how well made it is and how much you get. The broth is tasty and the ingredients are plenty. This a good place to come to any time.

Food was really good. I'm a meat eater. Didn't know it was vegaterian when I went in. But food was so good I didn't even care.

Excellent food and service! Had Hue soup, spring rolls, and lettuce wraps as well as jasmine tea. So satisfying!

There are several gluten free items here; several CAN BE MADE gluten free. Very fresh,very healthy,great atmosphere,they recycle. Service is quick, and everything is delicious. I want to try other gluten free options. Smoothies are good, but small. I am here often.
