Worst customer service ever. First I called asking for vegetarian options and the rude lady on the phone just said, "I don't know what you want". Then I went to the location and ordered "Javas Famous Rice Platter". It said it came with avocado , brown rice, tomatoes, green pepper, parsley and Garbanzo beans. There was no parsley in my meal and the main reason I chose this meal was for the garbanzo beans. Unfortunately there was one garbanzo bean in the whole $11 meal. When I called right back to tell them, all the rude lady in the front had to say was," We have been cooking this rice for 14 years and never had a complaint." Such rude and bad behavior when a customer is trying to tell her the situation and how unhappy i was with the meal which I forgot to mention was cold as well. She would really hear me out after that and was too busy arguing with me that no one ever complained to her. Ridiculous! I will never eat there again! Thank you for the horrible food & bad experience.

Easy to read menu! We loved the place, the service and the smoothies of course :) we will be back!
