Hawthorne's NY Pizza & Bar

Enjoy this outstanding sit down pizzeria, that had great service from a friendly and caring staff. The pizza pies are Official Whistle. New Yorker Certified. Authentic Awesome Eats. Bangola Supreme. I crushed a half pepperoni half mushrooms and onions pie so fast I forget to take pics. Totally cool with that, gonna have to go back for those pics...and a slice or two.

I really enjoy this place. It's delicious! Every time I've been, I've ordered something different. They never disappoint. Staff is super nice as well. Highly recommend to anyone. They are worth managing your way around construction traffic.

Service is great. I had a salad which had a surplus of excellent quality ingredients. They have a good selection of alcoholic drinks at excellent prices. Parking can be tricky.

Very good food, I visit Charlotte about once a year and ALWAYS stop here on my way out of town. Great service and great food.

Great non commercial pizza and above average service. The staff is informed on the menu items and was even able to provide some history on how hawthorne's came to be and the changes made over the 16 year history. I'd definitely recommend if you're in the Charlotte area

Best pizza in Charlotte. Was struggling to find a great pizza place and then this place came along. Prices are reasonable. Pizza is thin actually New York style. Lot of other great items on the menu. Service was fast/helpful. Overall great experience will be back

The spinach and artichoke dip, garden veggie pizza are very delicious. Five stars for the angel hair pasta in butter sauce and fresh veggies.

On a mission to find the best pizza spots in clt and hawthorne’s is def near the top of the list. Their cheese,sauce, and dough is fresh and has an amazing authentic taste. I will be back again and again. 1 weak spot was the garlic knots. I got them to-go and they were drowning in butter. A little gross. Almost brought it down to 4 stars but the pizza makes up for it. Also, the cheesecake is A+

Hawthorne pizza is a awesome place to eat. Tasted the Cheese Pizza, delicious, had a BBQ fried chicken slider on a garlic knot roll. Great beer list, Menu includes variety of Pasta dishes, Sandwiches, Sausage and Peppers, Also super salads blue cheese, balsamic dressing and Ranch are outstanding. Waitress we had was fabulous. 😀🍕🥗🍰🍪

I absolutely love the the antipasto 🥗 salad here. It's hearty enough to be eaten as a meal itself. The wings here are absolutely amazing ! When I come to this location I usually order to go. It has it's own entrance in the back of the restaurant which is quite convenient.

One of the best pizza places in town. Food is always fresh including the salad. I love the home made ranch dressing. I would advise the staff to be a bit more friendly and helpful, that’s the reason for 4 stars. The food is always tasty and restaurant is usually clean.

So good. I ordered extra cheese on one half of the pizza and I could tell they actually put it only on one side. That alone impressed me. Then to top it off the service and food was great. Definitely coming back
