Very lovely building, comfortable for window shopping. Expensive shops but also some rare finds. The best public bathrooms in Kyoto.

I only visit here as they have a large selection of English books on B2. The rest of the building has designer clothes and accessories. All in all a very nice building but not much for me.

There is no space to wait for the parking lot to open, so many cars rush around the area causing traffic congestion.
Also, even if you find a vacancy, it takes 15 minutes or 400 yen coin parking, so it takes at least one hour, and if you enjoy it, it will take two hours or more, so you can get a taxi fare from Kyoto Station at the parking fee only.
You won't know if you're coming for sightseeing or looking for parking.

Kinkaku Ginkaku, Fushimi Inari, Arashiyama, etc. are all the same.
Even if you come to Kyoto by car, we strongly recommend that you use public transportation after that.
