Normally I enjoy going here with good food but went a little before 8:30pm and the Medford location was closed. They advertise they stay open until 9pm and I know the Central Point location closes at 8pm so be cautious going to the Medford location past 8pm as well.

There customer service is horrible my husband and I came in tonight and 4 people after us got there food before us while ours sat in the window I will not be back.

I'm sorry to hear that. Our mac salad seasoning includes coarse ground black pepper, which can seem fairly spicy if you bite into a larger piece. Hope you come in again soon!
