Highly recommend this spot. Stopped in to watch some live music on a Friday night. THe staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food was good, they went out of their way to make sure we had something to eat because we were there after the kitchen had closed. Music was fantastic, the whole atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this spot.

Cute little restaurant that doesn’t feel overly touristy. Great service and really good menu. Pricing is reasonable and staff is friendly and eager to help. Nice view to boot.

I ordered the special tonight, which was trout. Absolutely perfect. It was tender, flavorful and delicious. It was adorned with roasted brussel sprouts, zucchini, tomatoes and potatoes. I also ordered a small pea soup as an appetizer, and it was as good as my mother used to make. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I visit De Haven van Texel every time I’m in Amsterdam. They have their own tasty selection of craft beers, my favorite being their bock beer. They make a wonderful French Onion soup as well as a tasty Pea Soup. Daily Dutch specials can be found in addition to their regular menu. I’ve eaten a number of the selections on the menu and have always been happy with my meal. It’s a nice spot to dine for either lunch or dinner.
