Great place! The ambience is great and the food is wonderful. I’d recommend the ropa vieja it took me back to my childhood.

We have been here many times, since they first opened. The food is always great, and there are a wide variety of things to order. The service is always fast and good, and for the first time we had Arturo as our waiter. He was very friendly, and super attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant!

This place is AMAZING!!! If you are looking for authentic & delicious Cuban food, this is the place to be. My husband & I drive an hour to get here because it’s that good. The owner, Arturo, makes the experience all the better. He is so kind and welcoming, I feel like I’m having dinner at home with my family. Please do yourself a favor & try this place!

First time diners at this restaurant on May 9, 2019. We found it to be very clean and well decorated.The server was prompt, professional and welcoming. She provided all the answers to our questions and more.The meal preparation time was about right for what we ordered (palomia and carne con papas). Everything was delicious and hot.We recommend the Havana Tropical to all.

The BEST cuban food in Atlanta. The owners always treat us like family and make us feel at home. One of my favorite dishes is the masitas de puerco with maduros.

This place used to be good when it first opened; however, it has been going down hill… I recently ordered take out. The Picadillo (what they call it) was horrible! I am Cuban and this was the worst I have ever had. It is not Picadillo it is some hodge podge of stuff that was a greasy substance of very little ground beef with French fries, and is just not worthy of a real Picadillo. The bread was hard as a rock! The red bean soup was terrible. When I called to discuss my concerns the manager/owner said “If you don’t like it go somewhere else.” Very rude and hung up the phone on me! No mention of being sorry for the inconvenience or trying to make it right. It was not busy, dead in fact on a Saturday night. So, we will not be going back to this place! If I could I would give this place a 0!
