This place is great! The employees are awesome!

The chicken is flavorful, juicy, and has a crispy outside. There's multiple levels of spice to pick from mild to way too hot. You can't go wrong with a mix of wings and strips. The ranch dressing cups are great too, I didn't love the Mac and cheese because it was a bit bland but the fries were good. Still an easy 5 stars.

Didn't get a chance to go in Nashville, so was really happy to find one in Birmingham! It did not disappoint! Getting a large order of 2 quarters with sides is perfect (and cheaper) for sharing than 2 separate quarter chickens.We got the medium heat level, and it was just right for us.

Absolutely mouth watering. If you want a juicy chicken sandwich or even just fried chicken with a kick, you've got the right place. Try their pimento mac n cheese, it's my favorite side!

Great food, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. The prices aren't extravagant and the vibe is very modern but warm. The menu is easy to navigate and all the chicken is delicious. I got the large white and for 12.50 you get two large chicken breasts and two wings with two sides. Great value. The sides are varied, but the Mac n cheese, seasoned French fries, and collard greens are my favorites. The black eyed pea salad is so-so according to the friend I was eating with. Give the strawberry hard cider a try if you'd like a tasty adult drink in the afternoon to keep you cool. The staff is great and not afraid to give you a helpful recommendation if you have any trouble choosing. Would definitely go again.

This place is a really good "Nashville Hot" Chicken place. I need to make it out there on a Sunday to see how their waffles pair with the chicken. Their varying temps on the heat Index are pretty wide. From "no heat" to "why did I order this" the selection is pretty straightforward. The chicken is well prepared and the sides compliment it quite well. My first time I get the Hottest two "Damn Hot" & "Shut the Cluck Up"... let me tell you "Damn Hot" was really good. The spice note and chicken flavor was very complimenting. To me not inedible due to heat.That being said I used that to determine the heat of "S.t.C.U." and was that a mistake, It was asinine. I took a bite and literally couldn't talk for a moment. It was eFin HOT... painful hot. But the endorphins. My God, it was well worth the tire. If you like hot, like hot hot... yeah come and get it.

Was here for training and ate at a lot of places. This is by far the best chicken and meal I have all week. I can’t express how great this was.

This has got to be the best spicy chicken I have ever eaten. They were friendly and the atmosphere is very hip. They even welcomed my service dog. Great place to spend time with friends and great food. Prices are great too.

Great place to eat hot chicken. Friendly workers. The food was great. You can get plates or sandwiches. I got the small plate which had a breast and wing and you get 2 sides with it so I got the baked beans and collard greens. When you order your chicken you get to get as hot as you want it I got medium heat. The food came out quick and hot. I will be back! Try it you want be disappointed.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time in our way to FL. Having never been to a Hattie B's before we really didn't know what to expect. Needless to say we were impressed. The food was very good but it was the staff that made it. Everyone we talked to was very polite and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Definitely lives up to the name "HOT"!! I tried the mild and received a surprise. It was tolerable but not for the faint at heart. If you love "hot" this is the place for you. Place was a little crowded but that just supports it's popularity. I'll be going back in the near future.

There are 2 fried chicken restaurants that'll get me to eat without a fork: Hattie B's Hot Chicken an Martha Lou's (in Charleston). Hattie B's has the edge in the spice department! Delicious! And the peach cobbler and banana pudding are the bomb!

Yes every star is well earned!! Crispy, juicy and if you order mild it's still a full fledged kick in the mouth😋!! Bake beans are Southern with some mild kick, pimento mac n cheese is full of bite and tang.sends the taste buds lurching for more. I shouldn't even get started on the peach cobbler!! Ordered from Uber eats and the fee was $5 well worth it and it delivered early... Well prepared and delivered for this Southern belle!!

Absolutely Amazing!!! The Hot is just the perfect amount of heat and flavor! Pimento Mac N Cheese is amazing and creamy. Everything ready fresh!Great customer service with a very laid back atmosphere.
