Harvey's - Laval

Excellent 5 Stars !!! Tasos & staff have made it a wonderful experience, CLEAN restaurant, PERFECT burgers HOT fries & rings what else can a fast-food lover ask for keep up the AMAZING job folks!! Nice to see place running well under new management.

Was rather busy, considering it was 9:30pm. Food (Burgers, fries, onion rings) were fine. However, the floor near the soda machine disgusting and sticky, and there was no ice in the soda machine. A few minutes later, an employee brought out two buckets of ice and filled up the machine. After emptying each bucket, he placed the bucket on the floor. When done, he put the smaller bucket inside the larger one (Basically contaminating the larger bucket with whatever was on the floor) , and carried them to behind the counter. I would guess that those buckets won't be cleaned before being used again to transport ice to the soda machine. Maybe I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

Maintains standards compared to other locations. Clean, right number of staffs, great service. Really liking the new revamped Harvey's.Harvey's franchise should oblige old locations (10+ years old) to upgrade their restaurant layout, mandatory training and regular inspection for owners & management to maintain with today's standard in competitive restaurants business. You snooze, you lose.
