Great burgers & fries.

Stood in line for a while. Nobody in the restaurant. 3 employees walked by without even looking at me or acknowledging me. Sad costumer experience.

Still best burgers

They didn’t have any condiments besides ketchup and mustard, the lettuce was rotten and the employees were the most ignorant miserable people I have ever came across in my life

I never mind waiting but this was a whole new level. The service was incredibly slow, not friendly. You look into the kitchen area while you wait. Some of the health violations will scare you.

Worst customer service. The employee working at front was so rude and service provided was not at all professional. Staff needs to he trained on how to behave at work place. Never recommend this location

Missed some of my order. Update next visit: did it again. cashier was kinda not interested in doing anything especially doing up my order. Food was nasty too.

Only the best burgers I've ever had!

When going to fill her drink my daughter got 5 live ants in her cup with the pop. When I told the person at the counter they did nothing but offer another pop cup. I watched as they continued to allow people to drink from their filthy and infested machine. Avoid this place!!!

Very long wait for swiss chalet take out

One of the worsest experience i ever had..the staff maria was so rude to my sister and her daughter...that was not at all acceptable and ridiculous..try to give them proper training on how to give a better customer service..i wont reccomend this place to anyone..

Omg this place is disgusting.. just when you think it couldn’t get worse

I personally don’t like Harvey’s food, but my wife does. So I find myself ordering her stuff from time to time. I tend to use the drive through window, which should rally be named the “park here and wait for 10 minutes” window. They are crazy slow at the drive through, and they tend to make mistakes a lot with how you want your burger dressed.

By the far the poorest service anywhere. Attempted to buy lunch there today and stood right at the counter till for probably close to 15 mins. No one even took my order in this time...and there were only maybe 2-3 orders ahead of me. The absolute poorest example of franchise management and customer service I have seen in quite some time and this isn't the first time. Either you wait forever or they totally bungle your order.. or both! I love Harvey's burgers but will never set foot in this circus again. Good job Bracebridge Harveys.

This is the first time I been at this location and I was so disgusted and disappointed how the lobby was. There was a lot of staff in the store and no one was cleaning the lobby trash all over the floors all trash bins filled to the top. All table dirty chairs all out of place. Staffs are very rude, don’t know how to behave to the customers,Proper training needed, will never be back and won’t recommend to anyone !!
