The service was awful. Two young employees kept us standing around for 4-5 min while they stood around. Environment appeared unsanitary as well. Will not visit this location again.

Had a double burger, with Real Canadian cheddar.

Absolutely terrible service. How about a smile? Maybe a thank you? Eye contact? No? Ok then, since you don’t appreciate the business I won’t return.

Food was good. Premises clean. Music great.

Such a bad service,very disappointed. Refused to serve us by saying " we r closing soon" while there was a customer standing and ordering And still 2 minutes left to closing time. Wao... what a customer service.I have seen other stores serving there customers even aftr the closing time bcz they have came in the store already.

How disappointing. No one in line, made to wait, which was fine, and then treated like an inconvenience. Rushed through, no patience, rude. Really disappointing after deciding to support a local business when everything is telling me to just go home, be safer, and save money. Won’t go here again.
