I have ALWAYS enjoyed Hartz Chicken but when I went the last time the food was undesirable and the environment wasn't clean at all. (Especially the restroom) If changes were made, I'd definitely go back!

The buffet was fabulous any kind of vegetables you might desire hey use to just go,for the chicken now we go and really enjoy ourselves thank y'all very much y'all deserve a 10 from the Farris Scarborough family we will be back thanks again

This place offers a decent buffet at a reasonable cost.Excellent sweet iced tea!!Don't really like the styrofoam plates though. My ex-GF Ellen treated me to this popular eatery yesterday evening.Cost for the two of us was $18 and greedy Uncle Sam's extortion tax. Not too bad for All You Can Eat. The usual fare: fried and baked chicken, macarroni and cheese, green beans, dinner rolls, mashed potatoes with thick brown gravy. Even Fried Fish!! A not-so-good "salad bar" with very few items.A variety of soft drinks and sweet and unsweetened tea. The sweet tea is Great!! Chocolate pudding for desert that appeared to come from an industrial sized can available at most grocery stores. The usual peach cobbler. Not a "cozy" place at all. Merely the Basics. Decent enough service. The tiled floor could be swept a bit more often. An Okay dining experience...

Lately it's been really good. I guess you have to go at a certain time during the day, around 12 or 1, to get quality food.

I would give this place ZERO stars if possible!!! The rolls were hard as a rock. And all of the veggies were very plain tasting, cheap, and luke warm!! Nothing on the bar was hot at all. The mashed potatoes and gravy literally tasted so watered down I threw them Away. Seriously wouldn’t even feed it to a dog. The salad bar was also horrible. Old lettuce. The ranch was turning colors on the side of the dish because you could tell it was sitting there all day! Just GROSS. The chicken was all old and again nothing was hot. Needless to say it was a waste of time and money and I will never go back here with my family again!!! They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. And honestly I don’t even know how they are in business. It wasn’t clean. And they weren’t busy so there is no excuse... The cleaning / food bar lady was sitting in a booth texting the whole time we were there. Just pathetic really. Shut this place down. TERRIBLE
