Hartz Chicken Buffet

By coincidence I stopped by for lunch today, the food is excellent, perfect temperature, great flavor and the stuff oh let me tell you the nicest and most professional workers I ever seen. The Asian manager was so sweet and didn’t charge me for a my drink( just a soda😜). Perfect experience 👍👍

You may have to wait if you want it fresh, but it's worth it!

For a Buffett ... Actually very good !!

This location is finally getting it together. They were off to a rocky start but have improved. The parking lot has been resurfaced, the mini Mart has moved out and there's more room for seating. The food is hot and exactly what you would expect from Hartz. Two people can eat for $20.

Arrived at 6:30 pm, a few people were eating. Paid for the Buffett and realized they had no broiled chicken, all fried which I really don’t care for. At 6:45 they put the closed sign up and locked the door. I asked why they were closing so early and the girl said she didn’t know. They are suppose to close at 8:00 but this is not the first time, they do this all the time. I probably won’t be coming back, I don’t like people stacking chairs on tables and cleaning all the trash cans while I’m eating. Makes you feel like they are rushing you out the door, poor customer service.

We thought the food was really good, especially for a buffet!

This place has improved greatly since I was there last , April 2018. There was a man in there that always seemed mad and he wasn't very nice to the workers. Maybe he's gone. Today the staff was friendly and seemed relaxed. Everyone did there job . The parking area is much better. I see the convenience store didn't do too well . It was a bad idea anyway. I hope Hartz stays. I like what they offer.

Food is always fresh

They have alots of different dishes and all very good. Clean and very friendly people.

Consistently good food, service and price!

Our favorite place to eat when we drive to Livingston. Lots of vegetables, chicken, catfish and the best bread pudding in the world. Reasonable price, all you can eat.

Mike Hale I am the manager here at this location and I do apologize for your experience. To answer some of your issues you have brought to my attention we did not have baked chicken due to to truck not coming because of Christmas, I was there training the new girl and had stepped away when I came back I noticed some chairs up and stopped her because I agree it is not ok to put chairs up while customers are in the store. I also had a talk with her about the doors. We close at 7 during day light savings time because it gets dark earlier. Again I do apologize for your experience and hope you will come by and let me rectify the situation.

A major improvement after the new opening. We went in today, the food was the best it's ever been, Stormie and Danielle were on their game. Tim has definitely made some great improvements with staff and we will be going back.

Easy to get to have a very good wide selection of items on the buffet and drink is included for about $10 it is well worth it I would recommend this to anyone
