I love this place. I don't live in Syracuse anymore but I used to go out of my way to come to Harrison bakery. Best quality and best staff. If you want the best go to Harrison. O.k. now I'm hungry. Can't wait to visit home!

We went on Saturday morning to pick up desserts for my Mom's funeral services. The desserts were absolutely delicious, but the service we received from the tall skinny guy working the counter was terrible. Indifferent would be a good word to describe him. Inpatient, unfriendly, and a few other words would also be appropriate. We were not the least bit unfriendly to him, not bad customers in any way. We were told by him that "This is not my first rodeo". After we paid the $100+ bill he turned away and simply said "Can I help the next person in line", never thanking us or even handing us our box of baked goods.5 stars for the desserts, 1 star for the service.
