Delicious food. However, if you plan to go there on the weekend from the hours of 3:30pm-5pm, they have a very limited selection of food ( about 5 things total) so plan accordingly

Great spot for sitting outside and the food was tasty too. We had Sunday brunch and everything tasted great. The food took some time to come out. They also seemed to be short on the wait staff. We got in at a busy time so maybe that's why. Some spots can get fairly sunny though so pick wisely!

I had delicious beer and appetizers in this surprisingly nice restaurant and beer garden. Right in the middle of everything in Center City, yet surprisingly hidden. This is a gem, perfect for business lunch and open on weekends. A great place to eat, a great place to drink, friendly service, reasonable prices...This is the kind of joint you want in your neighborhood. Simple as that.Also, the decor is classy and the outdoor beer garden seating has nice greenery. Great surroundings to go with the good for makes this an even easier place to recommend.

Good drinks, good food. Out front is really cool seating. Outside in the thick of things but feels secluded with the open structure and the plants and greenery. Brittany our server was attentive and accommodating.

I fell in love when I saw this place! The food was amazing and service was outstanding. Meatballs were phenomenal and so were the Brussels sprouts. We ordered the large plate of half chicken it was very good. Unfortunately it was over salted. However our server handled the situation perfectly. And to top it off we shared the thyme and lemon infused ice cream with poached pair and ricotta pound cake! Overall an amazing and creative culinary experience. I will definitely be back.

We stopped for a quick drink. Good service, reasonable prices and I'm sure the outdoor seating is lovely in summers. They had a covered outdoor area open now as well.

Delicious, health-forward restaurant that is conveniently located in center city. On a beautiful day, it is ideal to sit outside on the deck and soak up the sun ☀️ This restaurant is an easy walk from the train station and there are a few parking lots available as well. I enjoyed the Buffalo Ricotta Flatbread and my boyfriend ordered the toasted pineapple and ham sandwich. The staff is quick and friendly and very knowledgeable on the entire menu. I was only fortunate to dine here for lunch but I would love to come back from brunch and dinner!

Beautiful restaurant - feels like you're eating in a magic garden. Food was delicious and beautifully presented.

I haven't attend yet, am going, it's beautiful eye candy very alluring to draw you there. So just imagine what the food will taste like, I bet melt-in-your-mouth....savory..mm-good!

What a wonderful culinary experience! Chef Ben is an artist. The staff was exceptional. There is nothing more wonderful, when you are dining out, besides having one dish after another blow you away, that with each dish presented, it is deconstructed for your understanding. I can not say enough wonderful things about my dining experience at Harper's Garden!

It’s next to impossible to resist this place. Being close to the famous lunch places, you will definitely make your plans to busy evenings once you cross it. Lovely staff, lovely ambience, lovely cocktails and beer selections. A beautiful nature love ❤️ being the theme, this place gives you a good wind down for the day!

we randomly stumbled upon this place while visiting philly while actually trying to find another place we read about. we loved the vibe immediately, but worried we wouldn't have room to eat as we brought our baby and needed stroller space. well the host was so nice and accommodating - gave us the perfect table with room for the stroller. the service was excellent and the food was fantastic, including wine and dessert. the only thing i regret is the fact we visited in the winter and it was too cold for the outdoor seating (it looked gorgeous).
