Harold's Chicken Shack

The food is classic Chicago's Harold's chicken...unfortunately so is the slow service. It shouldn't take an hour to get an order of fried chicken. Makes no difference if you call beforehand or use a delivery service like uber eats

My brother and his wife were visiting from Atlanta and wanting try Harold's from Chicago. The chicken was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. When they visit again we will most definitely be back.

Customer Service is great, establishment is clean and food is hot and fresh!

Because took so long to take my order and so long to fix it chicken was ok not spectacular but mozzarella sticks was tasty and really good but i was mad tried to order dessert and none on menu was available thats what killed it for me

I ordered a pizza puff and a 6 wing dinner!! They hooked me up!! Great wonderful service ♡

The food is good but too many flies flying aroung get a fly stripe & keep your door closed. It was irritating swatting the flies away, & mine you flies are nasty creatures.

It doesn't matter if you call in or walk in your going to wait. But best Harolds on the south side.

My favorite, Harold's to go! The """""ONLY""""" Harold's that is following the O.G. recipe. And fresh drop, it's funny when someone ask to drop fresh. SMH first timer. Lol

Good for ordering to go. No sitting for dining in. The food taste good as expected, nothing over the norm. Only accepts cash.

Not "fast" food. But fresh and absolutely Harold's Chicken!!!!

MY FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT!

My experience on 12/16/19. Hats off to the cook-El, cashier-candy, other staff And manger. Food was fresh, seasoned and cooked to perfection. If you want good food, go to harold's on 91st & Ashland!
