Don't stop their sandwiches were cold onion rings were burnt and cold horrible won't be back

I attempted to order a mushroom/Swiss and a cheeseburger, accompanied by onion rings and fries for pickup. Instead I was instructed as to the preferable method of my server. Since servicing armed combat, and life-threatening experiences as an officer of the Peace, I prefer my food purchased My Way.

This morning I ordered 2- breakfast platters and was charged extra for grits/hash brown subs, I replied you haven’t in the past and McDonalds doesn’t, she replied “go to McDonalds”. When asked for her name she replied “we can’t serve you”

Waited five minutes for a cup after completing order....ordered smoked sausage biscuit got sausage patty. I've gone to this place quite a bit over the years and it seems to be getting progressively worse. Seems like half the kitchen doesn't speak english. They do have a couple great employees but they can't always be there. The cafe in the chevron is probably your better bet for breakfast food. They make it right infront of you so atleast you don't have to worry about that.

This is one of the few fast food locations in the Santa Rosa Beach area if not the only one. Food always has been cooked well on occasion there were longer waits inside the facility probably from training new employees.

Stephanie who works the drive-in window a lot and also the front dining room is outstanding. Her customer service skills and professionalism are exceptional! This Hardee's has very good food and they're quick. It makes all the difference in the world when you have someone like Stephanie that knows the importance of excellent customer service in the food industry and service industry. Congrats Hardee's for hiring a phenomenal and exceptional employee! Way to go Stephanie! Your service and beautiful smile is greatly appreciated by all!

This place will have you pull forward to wait for your food. You would expect waiting would mean hot food. But don't. Expect cold food, No napkins, and a half a box of fries when you finally receive it. Avoid this location...

The best burger that I have had in a long time. I will be coming back.

Ordered a#7 with lettuce and a Frisco burger, didn't get Frisco burger. I went back and didn't get tomato on #7. Never got the Frisco burger.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS HARDEES, My husband ordered 3 chili dogs and fries, total 15.46. When he got home and open had 3 buns , 3 weiners, few onions, no chili, no mustard. Call for replacement, was told to bring back, 3 miles one way, they refused to bring to my house. Wasted money!

Very fast drive thur

Ok. The food wasn't horrible, but the service was just terrible. I was going to order the Big Chicken and then asked if they had a spicy version. The cashier said yes so I switched to that item. It was not even close in quality to the Big Chicken. What I got was a hockey puck- like chicken sandwich instead. They ran out of sweet tea while I was trying to get some. I told the cashier and she said, that's OK, we have more. When I went to get a refill, they were still out of tea. A young boy, about 8, wanted ketchup. The dispenser was out. He told his mother who told him to go up to the counter . After several minutes of watching him get ignored, I went up there to help him. It took me telling 3 employees before someone would just hand the little boy some ketchup. The ladies bathroom was not very clean. The drink area was dirty. What a disappointment. The last Hardees I was in, in Helena, MT., the experience was completely different. Won't go back to this one.

A decent place to eat.

Very very slow orders are usually wrong. If you're hungry GO SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you have no choice

Food was good but the service was not. We were never greeted and a worker stepped to the side of the counter and started texting. We were helped after about 4 workers looked at us and kept walking. Hot fresh fries tho
