We went to order 3 Vanilla milk shakes and 2 chocolate ones. We waited at the window after paying $18.23 for those 5 milkshakes for 10 minutes just for them to tell us they didn't have any milkshake cups. Then asked us if we wanted to exchange it for anything else or if we wanted a refund. Obviously we only wanted milkshakes since we only ordered that to begin with so we asked for the refund. It took them another 10 minutes to refund us the $$. This is the second time we have been to this specific location, the 1st time wasn't this bad, but it still took them longer than usual to have our order ready. Every time we looked thrpugh the window the employees were just standing there not doing anything, and there were at least 3 up front be the baggig area and registers.
