I always have a great experience when I stop here. Staff is always a blast! But I just stopped there tonight and I didn't have good service at all. I'm not sure if the staff was having a rough day or what, but I understand that fast food isn't always easy. I honestly felt bad for them. But I don't appreciate it when I pull up and the first thing that's said is "go" and I didn't know if i was supposed to order, so I did anyways, and then I was interrupted and hear "what!?" Very rudely and I go to repeat what I said and then I was interrupted with "to drink". Listen, if you're nice to your customers and treat them with respect and actually be nice, then there's never a problem. If you're having a bad day, take five minutes to yourself and take a breather. Treat your customers as if you were the person ordering, and if you don't like the way it was said to you, then you need to change something. Basic customer service. Take care of yourself and your customers. You ladies can do it!
