Great food if you get what you ordered. This is the third time in the last two months I have gotten home and was missing food or didn't have what I ordered.

that was no body up front to take my order I had to holler back to the back to get somebody to come up there the lady got my order wrong and a man touched the chemical bottle and he was trying to get my food I could touch the chemical bottle without washing his hands and the store was a bit dirty

Good food, but rude staff. Had no customer service skills.

Probably the worst staff of any fast food in alamance county

Always love going here for a fresh hot burger. Hardee's is so underrated. Food is always hot & served fast. Clean dining room and clean bathrooms. Friendly employee's. Great place to grab lunch. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Great at this location. Great service. Great coffee. Highly recommend you visit this location inside. Excellent prices.

They finally hired someone that cares how they perform at their job

I ordered two regular roast beef sandwiches add cheese. When I got home to eat one they did not add the cheese but they charged me for it. My advice check your order before you leave.

Good food service need to be improved though

Wow, went through drive through and got the new roast beef sandwich. Not only was there "literally" a tablespoon of meat on each one...but the buns were nearly as flat as a dinner plate... Fries were not fresh...chicken tenders were good, and the flavor of the roast beef was good...just took off top bun and folded it in half. Was specific about condiments but did not get what we asked for... would have willingly paid for what was requested....The order taker was hype and rushing, yet there was no one behind us to hold up the line. Customer Service is a virtue! We need customers who willingly frequent our businesses.

Usually a good place to eat. Same as anywhere else...all depends on whose there working. This trip was good. Just kickin' back with some friends, enjoying well made sandwiches.

Parking lot clean. Resturant clean. Service quick. Food hot and fresh.

The chicken is good and always hot. The staff could be friendlier but at least they were not rude. The prices were fair and the service was fast
