Need to focus more on the walk-up customers inside then on the drive-thru on-peak hours not enough cordial Speedy service either way

My husband and I ordered a thick burger each and didn't pay attention to the receipt and the young kid who helped us had an attitude and talking in the air as well as to the manager on duty very rudely but anyways when we received our food and started eating it I thought to myself this burger tastes strange so when I looked at the receipt I noticed he rang us up for the veggie burger and then when I talked to the manager on duty about another issue she had an attitude as well. Not to mention the restaurant is very dirty and needs a good deep cleaning. I also ordered chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans to bring home for dinner for my grandsons and had to throw out the food since I could not go back to the restaurant. The tenders were cold and hard, the potatoes were old and burnt, the gravy was old and lumpy and the green beans were salty as heck. I will never go back to this Hardee's location.

Visited there for breakfast this morning and was pleasantly surprise at how great the customer service was. The staff were very customer focused, pleasant and had such great attitudes. Hard to find that type of service in this day and age. Food was great too

For a fast food there are pretty good. Food was warm and done. Service was friendly. Received my food in a timely fashion. I will return.

Ordered my no 10 combo with a side order of Cole slaw. Ckicken stringgy hard 2chew. Cole slaw what little there was. Made me sick. Fry's tryed on after living window stone cold and stale. Place is a disappointment constantly won't eat there again. I'll stick too Rally's u the street.

Horrible. Gave me old chicken, a cup of warm brown water for gravy and a half serving of green beans that had several burnt ones in it. How do you burn green beans? Check your food before you pull off!
