They don’t answer the phone when someone’s traveling they call ahead and they should consider that if the want more great customers

Had a fantastic crab dinner with my family. Crabs were delivered on time, perfectly seasoned and tasted great. Not one "bad" crab in the 1/2 bushel!

Ordered their (overpriced) crabs online and after a long wait and very poor customer service was terribly disappointed to find out that their so called "Maryland blue crabs" are not from Maryland at all, but Louisiana. They do not in any way make that fact obvious and splash the word "Maryland" around as much as possible (and no, not "Marlyand-style", just "Maryland"). Maryland blues have a reputation for being the best and I was excited to try them for the first time. After spending $100+ I still haven't. DISHONEST COMPANY! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

We've been eating crabs for over 50 years, so we know how crabs are to be steamed and served. That being said, what we got was beyond bad and should have NEVER been sent out the door. My husband was on his way home from Harrisburg, a 45 minute drive. I made a call to order 2 dozen medium crabs. We started eating as soon as he arrived home. I know ever now and then you get a mushy crab but EVERY SINGLE CRAB was soft, watery, mushy!! Didn't call to complain because they'd have said bring them back....sorry but we weren't driving another 45 minutes up and 45 back. The double bag was soaked through too. Sorry but we won't be back.

From out of town, drove by pick it up...Seasoned a bit too heavy, but still awesome. Crabs are so fresh soft moist and absolutely tasty!!!

Was on a work project this week. Saw them on the way to my hotel. Ordered the medium male crabs (heavy, meaty & tasty) and snow crab legs (jumbo, meaty & tasty). Wish I lived closer! This place is a gem and I can't wait for my next visit to this area so I can order again!!!!!Only took 10 minutes to cook this seafood to perfection! Yummo!

Not sure why you would say you're open until 7 when you "shut down your steamers" at 6:30PM and won't even prepare food for people when they call. If you can't perform your advertised service, what that is called in my mind is being closed and you should change your business hours to reflect that. Not a sensible business model, and definitely not considerate of potential customers.

Staff is friendly, they also offer to steam snow crabs and blue crabs with traditional, medium and strong spices! Me and my hubby love it! They have fresh live blue crabs.

Awesome freash crab. They serve freash and steamed both. Test is excellent. I will definitely go myself and recommend my friends to visit.

Ordered several hundreds of dollars worth of live crabs, among other items, for a family get together. I recieved a call stating that my order could not be filled on the day that I needed them by. This order was made almost a month in advance. Now I know things happen, but what bothered me was the total lack of customer service from the staff. In no way shape or form did they give the impression that the business I was giving them was appreciated, and did not make any attempt to remedy the situation. This is the first time I've had a bad experience using this company which is a shame since every other time had been exceptional. Heck, I would have been happy if they would have threw In a t-shirt or took care of the shipping cost, as a gesture to make things right. Just a very disappointing experience overall.

We love ordering our Maryland Blue Crabs from here. My family is pretty particular about the seasoning and they are always willing to accommodate our requests by putting the seasoning on the side. We also prefer the female crabs over the male crabs and they always seem to have them! The service is always pleasant and quick. Highly recommend! I would also highly recommend putting your orders in advance for the busy holidays like Memorial Day and Fourth of July.

One of my favorite places to pick up steamed crab while visiting PA. We pick up around 5 dozen with a few pounds of shrimp to take back home and throw them out on tables with some beer. Always a great time and wonderful food!

So this is the first time I ordered from harbor house crabs. I watched numerous videos online, saw reviews and decided I wanted to order from them. I brought 2 dozen of Maryland blue crabs females medium. To my surprise the crabs were very soft to touch they broke easily also the majority of them had turned green inside. Also the seasoning was very very salty. I spent $119 on these crabs and I could have saved that money, I live and learn will not be buying in the future

Their deal was buy one dozen get one dozen free. And they only packaged 1 dozen. Dissatisfied.
