Happy's Pizza

They were busy my first time going. I asked for my ribs to be fresh I didn't care what the wait time was. The young man made sure I got everything I asked for. I even ordered online and the wait time was a 55 minutes but I got it sooner. My experience in the store and online was amazing thank you

Ordered from this place as i heard it was good. I was told it would be 20-25 minutes until it would be ready to be picked up. 15 minutes later they call me telling me they are out of ribs which was fine and i told them to just take that off my order and i ordered a side instead. i was then told that my order had not been started yet at all and it would be another 25 mins. When I went to pick it up I got my food and thankfully checked my bag before i left because they only included 2/5 items i ordered. I went back inside and they told me that they “forgot to make it” and it would only take a few more minutes. Very frustrated on the service of this place and the food. Boneless wings were mostly breading and the mozzarella sticks had hardly any cheese in them.

Absolutely the worst!!! Was told 45 min for delivery, over 2 hrs and still nothing. Called 3 different times, just to be told its on its way, its 1 min away, just got of the phone with my driver and he should be in your parking lot any min. The whole time being told " I got you ", yes you did! Tried to feed my fellow workers for lunch, thank you Happy's! Never again!!!Update: 2 hrs and 45 min later, and after being on the wrong side of town, the driver still could not find this building which is in plain sight, and was never told that I canceled the order.

I recommend this place every clean restaurant and amazing food best rip tips I ever had amazing customer Service highly recommend it

Always on time within a hour, good food and the best ranch! Phone people could be more like alive but overall i love ordering here

I've worked with many owners and opened up new Happy's thru out Michigan and yet things changed, I've made some awesome friends and I would do it all over again 💯, I know not all restaurants are perfect nor their owners...but it was an fun adventures ♥️🤗

I just wanted the food that I paid for. I ordered for delivery at 11:30 pm and they close at 1 am. I ordered a small salad, 8 piece wing and house blend fry. The delivery driver gets to my house very quickly and I give him the money plus tip but he forgot the salad, not a huge deal and he said he'll be back. So I take the food he did bring which was nothing but hush puppies that I didn't order. I call back and explain and then I'm put on hold for awhile and then told the driver will be back with everything. He gets here but he doesn't have the fry I ordered so I have to call back and explain and then I'm put on hold again. After another long hold on the phone, the guy tells me he can only give me a credit and he doesn't have a driver coming my way. They don't close for another 45 minutes and he tells me I can come get them if I want. I used to order from there all time and tip the drivers pretty good but I'm done giving that place any more of my money.

The kids love Happys and a 10 slice large is always a great thing lol

I came in with only 5 minutes left until close after getting off work late. They staff was happy to help and went above and beyond to help me out. The new management is amazing! Highly recommend!
