Per a Chinese friend, this is the most authentic Szechuan noodle place he's been to. You order on the tablet at the counter and they bring your food to the counter. There's a small cooler of canned beverages or you can grab a cup and a bottle of water. We had A1, A3, C4, and B4 (7 seasonings noodles, Yibin noodles, mother Qi's wonton, chili chicken). Food comes out promptly, cutlery is self serve at the counter. Both the noodles were tasty, with that Szechuan peppercorn tingle. The wontons were excellent with a delicate wrappers and rich creamy broth. The chili chicken was also very good, not too spicy, with lots of scallions. The owners speak very limited English but luckily the gesture for "I need a to go container" seems to be universal. We intend to go back since they were out of one of the dishes we were told to get (army-style bun).

Dan Dan Noodles are incredible, I just like to throw a fried egg in mix for fun and flavor. This might be the best noodle dish in Central Jersey. Big Bang is an explosively awesome spot!

Delicious! Authentic and spot on flavors. Will certainly be back. The menu is a bit small but the food they do make is great!

Great noodles, very nice people. Love places with a small menu and are good at what they do. Will be back very often!

Fast food style ordering and seating. Order at the register and they call your number out so you can go pick up the food. It might be hard for those that don't speak mandarin though, as mostly all the workers speak it. Good thing we know basic mandarin, enough to understand when they called out our number. Good was spicy but not overkill. Place does get pretty crowded though so expect a wait.

The spicy spareribs noodle soup was far from balanced in flavor and the spare ribs were tiny and Cold as if they just threw them in there from the fridge. The wontons skin looked dry wrinkled but tasted okay... Fast food style ordering to match the fast food food quality. Felt very low end for Edison. I enjoy spicy food so that's not the reason for 3 stars.

Authentic Chengdu style noodles. Such a hidden gem! I can tell it’s truly authentic when I called and asked if I can have a non-spicy noodle. The owner refused my request and insisted that the best he could do was to make it less spicer. There’re very few Chinese restaurants like they do now. The noodles are really tasty as well.

Hands down the BEST!! We stopped by this place on our way back to DE and were so pleased that we found it. Our friend, who was born and raised in Chengdu, Szechuan, said that this was the most authentic noodle place he have had. The noodle itself was chewy and flavorful, a perfect combination of texture and taste! Highly recommend A1 (signature 7 seasonings noodle) and A3 (more on the spicy side). Owners were super friendly and hard working people. It is a small mom and pop cafe, and it feels like home, where you share dishes with your family and friends. An absolutely lovely place.

I love noodles, and with words like "Big Bang" in front of it, the lure was simply irresistible! It wasn't exactly easy to find, however, mainly because of a very confusing signage situation. The words "Happy Eating" is what you should look for. It's how the restaurant advertises itself on the stilted sign as well as the sign outside the building. The subtitled yet official name is Big Bang Noodles . And if you read Chinese, it's yet another brand name to go by - "7 Flavor Noodles". Go figure! We've tried A1-Big Bang Noodles, A6-Spare Rib Noodle Soup, A7-Beef Noodle Soup, and A8-Sichuan Intestines Noodle Soup. My favorite has been A6 hands down. The flavors are authentically strong, so I would suggest the LESS SPICY option.

Canny believe the owners once opened the same noodle place by my high school in Sichuan, China. They now promote the rich flavors and memorable spices in the USA! The noodle were spicy in a good way-a catharsis in your tongue! We also enjoyed the wonton, spicy and sweet- different layers of flavors! Must try!

After a few bits had to take a picture. The flavors are so balanced. And authentic.

Relaxed place with very good dishes with a lot of Sichuan spice. Be aware that it's mostly self serve; you order from the tablet at the register, get water yourself, and the staff mostly barely speak English.

Tried two most recommended dishes. The big bang noodle was very tasty. The meat buns were above average. There were only two people working (looks like the owners). They had to take care both kitchen and customers. They were very busy. I waited for a while until the lady had chance to tell me to self-order with the order machine. They should have put out instructions for new customers to avoid this issue.
