Come on people this place is great! awesome bourbon selection and damned good food. This place is family friendly and good for adult times. Live music BBQ and bourbon..... Yes please! Grab yourself an old fashioned while you're here it won't disappoint.

Not a great name, but great beer, good environment, and good food. It’s a good location to go meet some friends and hang out by the fire pit and drink a couple beers. The pulled pork sandwich was good, but nothing crazy. The selection of beers was good, with a lot of local brews to choose from. The staff was friendly, and good at running around serving the rushes. Thanks Gary!

Very fun place to relax and bring the kids. Lots to do and places to run around. Perfect for young families looking to get out.

Great drinks, apps, salads, and sandwiches! Especially loved the smoked wings and pretzel knots. BBQ sandwich was tasty and BIG - great value. Awesome outdoor seating in the back! Dog friendly.

I love this place!!! A little pricey, but then again, you're getting top quality! The menu items are enticing, and my selection, a Cuban sandwich, was one of the best I've ever had. If you like beer or bourbon then you're in luck. They must have 20 beers or more on tap and quite a few bourbons as well. There's also a separate section with a vast selection of wines. Not into alchohol? There's craft sodas and a self-serve soda machine. It's family friendly with a very nice outdoor back area complete with a corn hole toss and other games. Strongly recommend!!!

This place has many local beers on tap and in bottles and cans. The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. Outback there is a spacious area with ample seating and many games!

Food is hit or miss. What they hit on is phenomenal, but some things we've gotten fall flat. Getting something off the smoker/grill is never miss! They also walk a fine line between kid friendly to a positive and kid friendly to a detriment. My 2yo loves going and pretending to play connect 4 and pet the dogs. But, this last visit we couldn't relax and eat because 10-15 kids were pelting adults with fast ball corn hole bags that were over thrown from their dodgeball-esque game. I know that's not Hank's fault, because I like what they're doing.

Delicious BBQ and if you like brie you've gotta try their brie and fig jam panini. Great selection of beer and liquor.

The outdoor area is perfect for large groups. They have a great selection of drinks and great appetizers. Definitely an interesting and entertaining place.

Great atmosphere, especially in the summer. The outside area is spacious with games, entertainment, and fire pits and has access to the bar. The food is good, especially the seafood mac and cheese.

First time. Great customer service. Very friendly and accommodating! Excellent selection of beers. Tasty Reuben sandwich as well. Definitely going back!

Pork Barbecue is Virginia style with a sweetness to the sauce. All considered somewhat underwhelming but by local BBQ standards above average. The She-crab soup is a sleeper hit and excellent, get this you will not regret it. Service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whiskey and beer selection is top notch.The outdoor seating feature is very attractive and well laid out.Also the owners respond to their reviews, which is great!Will go again, I have heard but not verified that the brisket is very good and will update when I get the opportunity.

I am not a Norfolk resident. I was passing through and met up with a buddy for lunch. He was the one who recommended Hank's and boy am I glad he did. I ordered the classic Reuben and it was the best Reuben I have ever had. I also had some chips that were super tasty and a soft drink. What I did not sample was their bourbon bar, but they had an amazing menu of adult beverages including at least 50 different bourbons and other whiskeys in an incredible display. Everything on the menu was tempting and if the one sandwich I had was any indication, probably awesomely delicious. Next time I am in Norfolk, you can find me at Hank's.
