Great especially for first timers. The menu included pictures and the atmosphere was comforting.

Chose this place when family out of town came to visit. We went as a party of five. Small and quaint space and food is pretty good. What wasn't so impressive was the service. It wasn't a busy time and our food took forever coming out one meal at a time with long breaks in between. Everyone's food arrived separately. I'd go back but order takeout sushi next time.

Absolutely delicious food. Their menu keeps expanding and never disappoints. Hands-On Thai is our first choice when we want Thai food. I'm so happy to see such a high-quality restaurant like this on Chicago's NW side. They have a very nice atmosphere for dining in and a good delivery range. Much more affordable than downtown options and the food is equal or better than any pricier Thai food I've tried in the city.

Love this place. They have the best taro dessert ever...always welcoming and friendly- but a bit slow on the service... casual yet intimate setting as there are less than 15 tables. It has an elegant, quiet atmosphere with dim lighting and a pretty garden-like water fountain area at the front which sets a calming tone throughout.. Good place to eat with a friend (or solo) for lunch, dinner, carry out, & delivery

Ill be honest I wasnt expecting much but The food is really good . We had the 26 rolls order and Hawaiian rice . Sushi looked and tasted amazing . You can taste how fresh the fish was. Service was good .honestly I cant complain about anything . I have gone 2 more times and still cant get enough. I taken people that never ate sushi and were very surprised how good it tasted .I highly recommend this place .

So so delicious and a personal fave! We frequent their nyc location and had to try before we left. This location isn't huge it's one bar but is very bright and airy. Service was superb and very quick. Rolls were well filled and rolled properly. We didn't wait long (maybe 5 mins) but arrived when they first opened on a Thursday. Couldn't love Hands On Modern Thai & Sushi Bar more!

I admire this place very much. theres a friendly spirit. The kitcen is wonderful. the service is effective and the stuff is courteous. The price is satisfactory. greatly recommend.

Delicious miso soup, excellent sushi, and dishes. Appetizers are super tasty. Extremely fast delivery.

We usually have the same server and he's always extremely nice. He greets customers with such warmth that you really feel like you're at home. I also love the atmosphere of this place. Always so peaceful.

the sushi was good but one of the pieces had way too much hydrogen peroxide for my taste

We met with friends at this place for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.

The food is good, but they just started downsizing the entrees. Also, they have reduced the amount of meat in them, and have taken several entrees out of the lunch special. Very disappointed and will not come back again.
