Nasty nasty nasty. Just gross! Wont be back.

I’ve never had such bad customer service. I was on hold for almost 15 minutes and when I got there I left the phone on just to show them how long I had been on hold and the only thing they said was “sorry, we’ve been busy.” But everyone was standing around when I walked in. There wasn’t even a line. I walked right in.

If it wasn't for the fact that they had great home cooked meals, I wouldn't waste my time trying to place my order, called yesterday they forgot our two slices of Oreo pies on top of our food was leaking out of the boxes and slung to the top of the boxes, trying to call today to place an order and get the pies we are owed and was on hold for 10 mins realized they forgot I was on hold hung up and have tried to call back 7 times with in 20 mins and the phones still off the hook.
