Hancocks Drugstore Soda Fountain

Delicious diner food, fun and friendly service! If you are in or travelling near the Scottsburg area and need a quick, yummy bite for lunch, head directly to Hancocks. Diner is located in with the pharmacy and there is a small dry erase board where kids are welcome to draw. Make sure to get their hand dipped milkshake or a cherry coke and hand cut fries as part of your meal! Our family can personally recommend: double cheeseburger fully dressed, hand cut fries, small cheeseburger with extra extra pickles (for the kid), patty melt on rye, onion rings, chocolate milkshake, and cherry coke.

First trip here. Nice little restaurant inside the drug store. They use syrup on the vanilla and cherry sodas. Food was good and the price was fairly inexpensive (3 people ate for around $25 with tip). We will go back when in the area again.
