Hanalima Baking

This is a great place to grab something quick! They have an assortment of delicious rolls (crab roll, spam roll, ham and cheese roll, and more), as well as sweeter items with fruit or scones and turnovers. If you're looking for something hot, they also do more traditional breakfasts. I usually get the Loco Moco or chicken cutlet. Everything is fresh and the owners friendly. Locals go here a lot, but because of great ease and access to the highway, it's a perfect stop traveling in either direction. Only open for breakfast and lunch. If you're looking for a specific roll, better get there early because when they're out, they're out! Check out their burgers at lunch time, too!

Seemed like a hit or miss place. Cupcakes were gross, worst frosting. But the frosting on the apple pastry I got was delicious, go figure. Burritos are great, and my husband enjoyed his savory pastries, while I enjoyed my sweet ones :)

Decently quick to go breakfast that tasted very good, prices are okay for what you get.

Cheapest hot breakfast we have seen so far. We had the veggie breakfast burrito and the fried rice omelet. The omelet was covered in a rich brown gravy which was odd but it worked. The burrito was cheesy and it came with salsa! We would go back again!

I first came to Kauai 15 years ago, I stopped in Hanalima Bakery and bought something called Flying Saucers. I have tried a lot of other bakeries over the years on Kauai but in my opinion Hanalima makes the best Flying Saucers by far. We come to Kauai every 2-3 years and I never miss stopping at Hanalima :-) We also enjoy many of the other items, like Crab, Portuguese Sausage, Pizza, Ham & Cheese & Pork rolls. Their desserts are excellent as well. Always good friendly service and everything I have tried is quality made with pride and Aloha :-)

Great food, great price, nice people.

Delicious and really nice people. They wiped off the picnic table for us and were nothing but nice. Apple turnover, Burger, fries, and a breakfast burrito were all fantastic.

Stopped by and got a burrito for a quick breakfast. They had a few other options and baked goods as well.

The bakery items were amazing. I am not sure why they serve sandwiches. My club sandwich had 3 slices of bread, one slice of Turkey, one slice of ham and 2 strips of bacon, with a tomato slice, partial lettuce and not much taste.

The baked goods here were ALL good! Swing by and pick up some snacks for the drive north!
