Great little sushi shop in Nozawa Onsen. A small restaurant with 4 tables of 4 people on tatami mat with cushions and low tables, and then some bar seating. Sushi is excellent and very fresh. They serve good beer and saki either hot or cold. Menu options in picture form is helpful for ordering, and clientele is a mix of Japanese and foreigners. The chefs are very fast at making the sushi, and very friendly and welcoming.

Ok sushi but what can you expect? Pricing was ok. Ambience is nice with counter seats and tables. Service was good. No reservations - you will have to wait in line.
