THE BEST! THE BEST! HIDDEN SECRET IN HALLS! There is Scripture on the Walls! And the food is Heavenly! So much MEAT! They treat you like family. And you've got to try their Waffle Fries. (There really chips) I could stick my head in a bowl of them and never come up! You've got to get down there and try them out. It's the old Hunter's Brothers Deli! They've stolen my heart! <3

The Cuban sandwich was terrific. My wife had a steak and cheese and I bet it weighed 2+lbs. It was huge. The staff was very friendly and helpful and took time to explain some of the selections. Will return often.

Best black beans and rice I have had. Cuban sandwich was great as was the cheeseburger, which was two large hunks of beef and cheese on a fresh hoagie type roll. I can't wait to go back and try the tamales.

Extremely welcoming owners and staff, HUGE menu with authentic options, clean and relatively inexpensive. Stop in for a bite to eat and you won’t leave disappointed!

My teenaged son wanted a club sandwich. It was not on the menu but they made him one anyway. My son said it was the best club sandwich he has ever had. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. We will go back soon!

Nice little spot enjoyed all my food. Employees were friendly. Im a cuban from miami so it was great to get a little taste of home. They have a lot of flags besides the cuban flag ?? I thought that was strange, but ill probably make this place my Saturday spot!!

I so wanted this place to by as good as the reviews. Realistically, the same as every other deli or restaurant in Halls. Staff all having loud, private conversations with each other and no really concerned with their food. A menu that is way to big for anything to be that good and when you ask staff what they like, you can see in their eyes, they want to say, a corndog from the gas station across the street. If you have never had a cuban sandwich, i'm sure you would be just fine with this deli; however, if your tastebuds have any taste left in them, I'd spend the extra miles to drive to Aroma Cafe in Maryville. And trust me, I cannot stand Maryville. But at least you wont be served a bland sandwich that is packed with deli meat from the closest Food City and told that you are eating a Cuban. The second star is only because they proudly display their 99 on the last health inspection that should make you fell better about the food you have just eaten... At least it was clean.

Food was uninspired and not very authentic at all, place is covered in weird bible quotes. Otherwise, the staff couldn't be nicer, portions are great, price is good. I think you are good if you stick with the American style food from here, and head to maryville if you want real Cuban food.
