Hale and Hearty has the best roasted butternut squash soup I've ever had. Sometimes I think I come to work just so that I could have the soup for lunch.

I've been in other hale&hearty before but this one is the one with the best costumer service. When I arrived a really nice guy greeted me and asked me if I would like to try some soup, I loved the tomato and chicken soup and I even took one to go. Moreover, the same nice employee I believe his name was Antwon helped me to save some money introducing me to the app... I think this is my favorite location for the good treatment that I received.I'll definitely come back!!

Had the pick 5 salad and one of my choices was roasted beets. The beets were clearly stored for a long time. It was nearly rotten in taste and extremely acidic...very disappointed and may not go back

This soups are so good the service are very kind. They make sure everything is clean. They show me different selections of soups patiently. I change my mind all the time. Getting in shape makes you a picky person. They have a section of vegan soups that are so good. Thanks you guys!

I like this location. It's super busy during the daytime lunch hour, but in the evening there's never a line. Staff is always super friendly when I go. Soup and bread is always fresh.

Good food, good service, but the inside is laid out very poorly and when it's crowded things are very chaotic and it's confusing what line is where.

It's usually busy when I go there around noon lunch time but the employess are always nice and move pretty quickly. I usually get a soup and the guy named Rolando a Hispanic guy he is very attentive, nice, quick and funny. He recognizes me every time I come with a big hello and smile. Great employee.
