This is factory + museum for local mentaiko food production. Quite nice place to visit. There is historical reviews and update for festivals in the area.

You can experience making mentaiko. Although it may be hand-made, it is possible to make oysters of a different dimension from the ones sold at supermarkets, because they use fresh sweet potato (starch). It is also possible to make an original dish with sesame seeds and pepper toppings that are not the same as adjustment of hotness and regular products, but the secret sauce that is the key to taste is as it is. A facility that can be enjoyed by children and adults.
