Poor, unorganized service. Ordered a salad, when it came there was a hair in it. The waiter was no where in sight and it took several minutes to get the attention of another member of the staff. He took the salad stating he would bring another. While I waited a very long time for another salad my lunch companion finished eating. By the time another salad was delivered by yet another staff member I no longer wanted it and sent it back. Our table was approached by a man, who didn't bother to introduce himself, who seemed irritated that I sent the salad back. There was no apology just a statement that the cook had burnt the tuna which delayed the salad. Our original waiter never came back to the table until he delivered the bill. Lunch with a friend became a less than satisfactory experience. We went to Starbucks for coffee and had a much better experience.

Way overpriced for the quality of food. I got the tomato bisque soup which had less flavor than Campbell’s soup and a sandwich which wasn’t much better. Do yourself a favor and just get drinks here. I’m not sure how they got so many good reviews, mediocrity is the rule here.

We were seated at the patio by the hostess, and after 20 minutes without acknowledgement from any wait staff we decided to leave. I would understand if they would’ve acknowledged and said it’ll be a moment but nobody even looked our way and there was plenty of waitresses on duty. I won’t be going back nor would I refer anyone to go there.
