Lots of variety. Take out or dining in are both options. Call ahead for order if limited in time. Veggie/vegan options are delicious!! Meats, coffee, and fish great, too! Injera and spices for purchase.

Theeee Best Ethiopian food in my area as far as I’m concerned. Always friendly helpful employees as the menu is packed full of goodies. I usually get my food to go but they have plenty of seating and I’ve sat to wait for my food. It truly is a meeting place too. You hear many laughing, of discussing more pressing matters. You can see right into the kitchen as your food is being made. I come here maybe 2/3 times a month. I try to pace myself because I’d be here weekly lol. I love this spot and I hope you try it out yourself.

Was a bit worried when we walked in, but everyone was super friendly and helpful. We got the veggie combo and it was pretty amazing. I live by a lot of Ethiopian restaurants, so I have a lot to compare this place to...definitely on the top of my list. Will definitely return.

Best Ethiopian place in DC. Large portions for for small price. I usually get the veggie platter for $11.

As usual, the best eats you can possibly find in the city. If you are a carnivore, don't go anywhere else but here. The food tastes marvelous.I have tried just about every Ethiopian restaurant in the DC metro area. Amazingly this tops them all. I can't say much about there vegan dish but if you look at the pictures I took off the meat selection, it's really out of this world.

First visit, first time eating Ethiopian food. Very nice market with reasonable prices. I have only seen pictures, so I was unsure what to order. I wish the cashier had more time to assist first timers with the ordering process. I was impressed with the flavors and portion sizes. Spicy beans were my favorite. Cabbage was cooked perfectly. Next time I'll try beef tibs.

Simply delicious and good value. Friendly service with plenty of Ethiopians eating here (actually 90% I'd say). Open view kitchen in a cosy environment. The wife loved it so much she ordered a second dinner! Would be back if I lived here.
