Severely overpriced. I just stopped there for a small ice cream then walked down the street for cookies and found they serve ice cream for half the price.

The service was terrible. He didn’t even give me my change back. The prices were very high. The ice cream cone was stale. My friends and I are very disappointed and we spent about 40 dollars at Haagen-Dazs.

Expensive , very unfriendly and impolite staff, very poor English , No restroom available, I’d rather go to cvs and but haagen ice cream very cheap They charge separate for ice cream and cones and they are like there to just charge you for anything even may be using napkins !!!Please do not go this place !

Vivian was amazing, she was overwhelmed because her boss is obviously a moron to only schedule one employee on a Friday evening, but Vivian persevered and helped line after line of people with no break! Keeping a smile the whole time! Haagen dazs please hire more help!

Stopped here last week and decided to sit down and take a break from our bike ride and eat some ice-cream. They had a great selection of ice creams and drinks here.

I love Häagen Dasz but... Häagen Dasz seems to keep the temperature of its ice cream at a set level anywhere in the world. Bad idea, as on a rather hot winter day it melts way too fast. Hence you're forced to eat it as fast as you can before you're left with a molten mess. Rather expensive ice cream too.
