The food and coffee here are amazing but the service is even better, the staff were kind and professional, and the price was very affordable. Parking was limited to Street parking.

Bagels usually come burnt and somewhat cool. Its a mandatory $2 just to stay and charge! Careful everyone! Paying attention to allergies doesn't seem to be part of the job requirements either.

Awful. Everything from the food to the computer to the customer service

If you are in a good mood and want to keep that good mood Don't go in at night when the girl that acts like she is the owner is there because your very likely to loose that good mood.. No customer service at all. When u go to the counter she acts like she is pissed to have to budge from the stool she keeps her butt planted in. There's never more then 3 paying customers at any given time. I would about swear it's a front store if not it needs to an overhaul. The location there's no reason this place should not be packed like every coffee store around here. I'll take over for 1 month and double profit just to show how it should be ran.

Much better than last time I was here. It has become my go to spot again. The staff are very caring about customers and the less fortunate. I am very happy with the change of heart here. This is one of the last places on Polk Street that still has the feel of when Polk Street was better than it is now. Seems to have turned into douchebag capital of San Francisco. #Bringback OldPolk

I went here for breakfast several times when I lived in the Nob Hill area. I typically got the egg sandwich with avocado. The service was slow (~10/15mins; only one person working when I went there on weekend mornings). Often the eggs were runny. I kept going back because it was nearby but now that I've moved -- never again!

A very large, delicious and healthy smoothie for less than $5.00. Excellent value!

I must say this the very best Cafe in all the world, but I must disclose that I have done repairs and renovations there since 2011.

I would not recommend this place. Food is blend, bagels are blend and sometimes stale. Do not expect a decent service as they already served people who ordered after my order twice. There's always a bunch of flies buzzing at the entrance door plus a very ran down dining room which is not a welcoming place to go eat or even take to go...
