Extremely overpriced and very slow. Invoice of 260 € for connecting a new dishwasher and dismantling a radiator. The task was not very complicated. The technician was on time but needed 4.25 (!) Hours for the job. A lot of it he has phoned with colleagues, but the hours were fully charged. Customer service not very friendly and only reacts after weeks. Annoying that there are such companies. Never again

Absolutely not recommended, totally overpriced, slow and incompetent. Read the heating took 2 hours, arrival was already a bit too late, but the coronation was the connection of an already fully installed (and already used in another apartment) washing machine (at the request of the landlord, for liability in the event of water damage) for the madness price of 160 € !!!! The fitter was on the phone constantly, left the apartment to "get something" for about a 3/4 hour and also worked incredibly slowly. Nevertheless, the entire period was invoiced. In a telephone complaint with the boss would first try to get rid of me and then reacted with misunderstanding.

OK. I have to write in English because of my bad German.This firm is not trustable at all. Some of their mechanics have no idea what they are doing. They add Werkstattwageneinsatz amount at their will. In December they charged me 25€ and later 9€. I had a problem with my gas water boiler. First mechanic told me that it is because of needed maintenance. Second came and told us, no it is because of some faulty parts which will cost me more than 700€. But the boiler started working by just changing the batteries. For two weeks we were without warm water, just because their mechanics had no idea of the problem. They sent me a hefty bill of both visits, even though the problem was not solved.Please ask clearly of Einfahrt costs and any other costs involved which they add randomly.

I had made an appointment with Mr. Rautenberg, which was met on time. A cost proposal was created and an order was then placed for a new heating system (row house). Everything worked perfectly and the system has been running without flaws for 10 years.
