Went here to dine with the family on the 11th December, food was great the waitress was nice, most of them cannot speak English but at least try to communicate and are hospitable. The only male waiter, however, cannot speak English at all/or does not want to, he was disgustingly rude and hostile with bad attitude(body language and commanding voice). Because of this it ruins the night, we wont recommend this place to anyone and will not be back.Food:4 starsService: 3stars (except the male waiter who we would give a negative star rating).

First time having sukiyaki and it was a good experience. The beef were tender and delicious. The price is above average. The staff were helpful.

Servers are nice and friendly. We got the all you can eat beef. We tried to order one beef and one pork, but instead they charged us ¥500 each for this combo. However the menu clearly shows that theres a beef and pork option. Perhaps if this is the case, you need to pay extra, we dont know. But overall the meat was decent (a little too thinly sliced imo) and veggie options were good.

Walked in and was lucky to get a sunken table with no reservation here, had the all you can eat domestic beef Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki mix. Service was very good and there was plenty to eat, food came very quick every time we asked for more. Would recommend this experience
