Gyu-Kaku Dorchester

So nice! I loved it - everything is so good. I pay a lot of my attention to the service, and all the stuff here is absolutely attentive and super nice. The food is delicious. I’m coming back here, definitely.

Honestly my favorite place. The meat is good. Salad is good. Soup is good. And the decorations. I love them! It's cozy and feels prestigious.The dressing for a salad is to die for.

Love that the open one in Dorchester and I don’t have to go to Cambridge. The food can’t get better. We ordered and after 3 first dishes realized we ordered too much and then they just kept coming and coming....so be careful on ordering too much. It’s so delicious and so flavorful that it’s very easy. The hostess was super nice. They take good care of you since the wait it’s so long, but definitely worth it. Our waitress was also nice, she took the time ti attend us. I would definitely come back here. The drinks are amazing as well.

Service here is a lot better than other locations...but once it gets super busy, it's REALLY hard to flag your server down and when you request for more food, it takes forever to get it or the server forgets.But good food as always and they change your plate VERY often which was perfect.Free, spacious, and easy parking around the corner.

I celebrated my nomination yesterday in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a awesome evening and the restaurant was absolutely one of the reasons for the fruitful evening. The stuff participated in a splendid way, the cooking was very good and my buddies were so happy. We shall definitely visit again for more events. thanks very much.

Delicious food and good service.

Excellent food and at a great location. Lots of options just like their other branches and food is very fresh and very high quality. The staffs are extremely nice and responsive. Wait could take a while depending on time but since it's near so many stores, you can just leave your number and walk around. Can never go wrong with pork belly and their other beef options.

This place is an experience unlike anything else you will have at a restaurant. Go in with an open mind and ask for help deciding what to get and you'll have a great time. Great place for a date or to go with friends! Make sure you plan on spending some money, but trust me it is %100 worth it

Great new location in south Bay! Better atmosphere and food is top notch. Location is nice due to the parking garage that is free right across the street. More seating and less dark compared to the Cambridge one.

last night was the first time we went to this fine restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the good service, with the fine cooking and wine and with the modest payment. We will definitely visit there in a short time.

Great Japanese bbq! Went for the happy hour and it was a great price for the food. The tuna volcano to start was delicious. The beef on the grill was very good and the smore dessert was nice.

We ordered a holiday combo for 2 and it was a lot. The dishes kept coming for an hour. Meat and other food were fresh and tasty. Fast and friendly staff. Definitely recommend it!

Came here on a Friday after 3pm in time for Happy Hour. We had the Happy hour selection for $50 Everything was delicious except for the chicken basil. The drink I ordered was the Geisha. It was very delicious definitely my drink of choice when I go back. For dessert we tried the fruit Sorbet and the Mochi ice cream. Will definitely be back soon.
