The Garden is hands down one of the best places to see a concert. Staff is more friendly and helpful now than back in the 1980's and 90's. Also, a nice benefit and give back is half price consessions the hour before a show, especially helpful to the wallet after paying the inflated ticket prices to see shows.

Went to watch the Houston Rockets take on the Knicks the the most famous arena in the world. Was hoping for the win but I have to admit it was awesome watching the Knicks fight for the win and scrape by with it! Congrats. You deserved it and the crowds energy with it was amazing. Thanks for hosting.

Great venue for any variety of sporting events or concerts. While the food and drinks are overpriced as with any arena, the quality is better then most. Wait staff are very professional and helpful, as well as very fast. The venue is easy to navigate. Signage is good and everything is well labeled. Bathrooms are plentiful and shockingly clean. The security is helpful and quick to break up any disputes. Shout out to Joe from security.

We have seen Billy Joel and a number of different venues. Madison Square is iconic. And Billy seemed to be at home.I'm not sure there is a bad sit in the house. Ours were amazing.The concessions were so good. The food was great but the service was outstanding. All of the servers that we had contact with, just gave off THE most positive vibes. So much fun.

THE GARDEN! One of my favorite place to go for basketball. I had the chance to visite dozen upon dozens of venues in USA.And the garden really have something special and unique. Of course the wood ceiling, but it is beyond that. You can feel the history.All the seats are nice but I would avoid the upper level has you start to get quiet away of the actions.4 Stars because the seat are really on the pricey side! And that is a shame.

Great Venue! Treated 8 of my family members to a Ranger game! Sat in the Madison Club Section 61. Great service and food. The only change I would recommend is in the Ownership! Yes James, you must go!

Well it is VERY ROUND from the outside, and the Madison Gardens (that is the square block= “the gardens”)have actually moved down a couple of blocks south, but, the venue is still the Madison Square Gardens, built on top of the sadly torn down, beautiful Pennsylvania Station........- Still Penn Station is below, in a massive way !However, once you go there, and have a ticket to a show/ event, pay attention.........you can go in, pre-scan your ticket, avoid the lines, etc, etc.........Once in, enjoying your show, in our case The Eagles concert, you are in a good arena, great sound, comfortable seats.........- BUT, you have to be prepared for the rude and very annoying people, who insist on taking their paid spots, making you stand up for them, in the middle of the opening song..............duh, very bad manners, in my book !

Excellent venue to watch a sports event! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Prices are pretty high inside, but it is to be expected. Game day experience is top notch for a Rangers game. Great job!

Great experience at the St John’s game on 1/11/2020. The food and drinks services were good and staff was friendly and helpful. A small bad point was the loudness of the sound at some time and the lack of escalators at the end of the game. But the arena itself is mythical and pretty nice.

Was a dream come true to get to experience the garden. Went here for a Knicks game. Was an absolute classic. Great atmosphere. Well worth the ticket price. Beautiful stadium. Had such a great time!

Had a great time, saw the Game of Thrones musical show. I enjoyed this show so much. I will go again. Just great, sorry the series is gone. The best show HBO has ever had. 🤧

What a beautiful venue. Great place to see a concert. Very accessible from Penn station bathrooms are clean. Really enjoyed myself here.

"Welcome to the garden." It is a phrase I heard over and over from the friendly staff. First ever trip to the garden and first NBA game, blown away by both. The recent renovations done to the building look amazing and walking the concourse is a real treat. It is a building littered with history and they celebrate it properly. Everywhere you turn there are plaques and display cases beautifully done showing all the history. Show up early if you want to walk around and get a view of everything.Food options are out of this world, I lost count of the different vendors on the main concourse after my first trip around. They give you giant beers, giant smiles and a gigantic show. If you visit NYC you should be making one trip to MSG to see something.

Whatever event you are looking for, MSG has it all. An enormous coliseum that houses the NY Knicks and some of the best shows in the country. Located in Manhattan and not too far Grand Central Station. Among the best come and perform for the best audience around.

One of the world's great arenas. Used for sports and concerts. The place is easy to access especially if you are using the Long Island Railroad or the subway. It is built right over Penn Station. Very simple . We left our seats and 15 minutes later we were on the railroad headed for home. Toilets, plentiful and clean.
