Gyro 96

Gyro96 was definitely not what I was expecting. I decided to try this place while walking to the subway. It's a tiny little stand, and you wait right in front of the booth for your food. I order the combo (chicken and lamb) over rice. It cost $6. The woman working the counter was very pleasant. My food was ready in about 5mins, with lots of white sauce on top. When I got home to sample the food, I fell in love instantly. I was not expecting it to taste so good! There wasn't a lot of chicken, but I didn't mind too much as I prefer lamb when it comes to halal food. The meat was seasoned just right, and the white sauce made everything better of course. The price is reasonable, and it's good to see your food cooking and the clean environment while waiting. I'll be back!

Great spot

Used to be out of this world, but has gone downhill over the last year. Gyros are usually good, but can be heavy on old lettuce in relation to the meat if you get unlucky. Staff is friendly and delivery is usually prompt.

Worst gyro I’ve ever had! Since when do you use Sazón Goya on the gyro meat?? And the white sauce was mayo tasting! Had an upset stomach for a couple days. :(

My go to spot in the neighborhood for a quick bite. Very tasty!

This place is addictive. Great gyros, fast service. They are not shy with stuffing the gyro with veggies and sauce. No complaints here. Only thing I would suggest, the server with cool haircuts should smile more.. smiles look good on good looking men.

My I brought 2 gyro. I was sold a good 1 and A BAD1 unfortunately my daughter ate the bad1.SHE GOT FOOD POISONING!!!I WENT BACK I WAS TOLD THE OWNER WILL CALL ME. NO ONE CALLED TO APOLOGISE!!!😣😣😣Bad for Business I will never eat there again!!! 😣😣😣

Was skeptical at first as it's a small dingy take out place, but was pretty impressed with the flavors. I may try there food again.

Love this place. I eat here frequently because it’s close to my apartment and it always delivers on the quality. The gyro meat is amazing and my absolute favorite. The people working here are wonderful and pleasant to interact with.

Absolutely love this place. Anytime I can get great chicken and rice with my credit/debit card, I'm happy. Ran by a sweet woman who is always on top of keeping the customers happy in front of this busy commuting intersection. Food is great and fresh. The hibiscus iced tea is love and my first purchase there. The chef is so cool and remembers a face! After visiting a few times, It a definitely spot for lunch. They have much other Mediterranean type dishes and they always have a line. Also as another location/small business, they do a great job and wish much success! Actually going on lunch soon for some Karkadé and chicken over rice!
