Guzman y Gomez - Westfield Bondi Junction

Always a disappointment to order a delivery from here. My food always comes empty and its so frustrating. Whenever I’m there I can complain, but with delivery it’s hard, as Uber Eats have nothing to do with the bad quality is providing with their food. Brown rice was completely undercooked, and it was super hard to eat. Will think twice before ordering from here.

I am a big fan of this restaurant but definitely will never ever be back at the bondi junction branch. I ordered quesadillas. It took them 15 mins and my order wasn't ready till i went to the counter and asked. The problem is that they had no explanation but i was able to see that they served my order to other customers who came after me. What's worse is that when i actually ordered they litterally had 4 customers in the whole shop including me with 5 staff members working! Hence i can't find an explanation for the bad service. Gozman y Gomez, highly not recommended!!!
