What a great salon with the nicest hairstylists. You guys really made me feel like home. I felt at peace and cared fore. The place looks beautiful! Loved the tea, chocolat, insence, music and your great expertise. Dear Max and Ramon I really love my cut and awesome color. You rock!! My favorite salon. Great stylist and color experts are here. They are wonderful with English, Dutch and I even heard German! Friendly and not stuffy like some high-end salons are. It's in such a prime location, very touristy area, but the stylists here are not pretentious. Very nice salon, very modern and large and open. Right under the Westerkerk Church near the Anne Frank Museum. Steps from the Prinsengracht and Keizersgracht. They do nice color and cuts for men and women.They only except cash or debit (Maestro) / pin - not US Debit cards.

Max and his team are simply the best that I've found in Amsterdam. With a friendly staff and super cozy atmosphere, you can expect the very best all-around experience. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the friendliest woman and was also given some delicious coffee. She even gladly spoke in Dutch with me to help me practice and offered suggestions on which shampoo to use. Max, the director/owner is simply brilliant. He listened to me and gave me the exact haircut I wanted. Actually, it was better than I could have hoped for. He is very nice to talk to and I had the best time talking to him. If you're looking for a new style and don't know what to go with, I highly recommend talking to Max and having him lead the way. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Worst haircut ever I got in my Life. I went to Amsterdam Store and I showed the guy some pictures and told him I want Layers and Bangs.He didn't even look properly and said he understood. I was like okay great.And then to my horror, he gave me BOB haircut and cut down all my long hair. I told him short hair but not above my shoulders.I never said BOB Word and somehow from all the pictures which had medium length hair, he understood BOB On his own.It doesn't go with my face at all.It was almost crying seeing what he did to my hair.Then he said there were miscommunication issues.The truth was he had back to back appointments and was in a hurry, and didn't even understand what I want and gave the simplest and stupidest haircut to me.I hate this store soo my much and I have to live with this weird haircut for 3-4 months until my hair grows out of it.

Loved the experience at this place so much! Went back today to get color. Had the pleasure to work with Ramone, who is a color genius! He did a fantastic job with color and dimension. Thank you so much, Ramone! The best salon, the best creative team!
