Their only mishap that went in was the garlic bread it was just there complimentary bread grilled and garlic butter was slapped on it. I had tried the clam soup wasn’t so fond but will take to go for later. The decor wasn’t as pleasant, the carpet was out dated. But I was very pleasantly surprised of the service was amazing. The waiters was so kind and had filled my drink without asking. No wait at all you were seated as you walked threw the door. The bread was fresh but a tad bit to plain so they had gave you butter. I was honestly surprised with the whole experience. It was a pleasure to be eating at Gus and George’s. Will recommend to anyone that would like to try something new. Will come back soon. Can’t wait to see if they change there garlic bread in the future. And will be keeping tabs on this fine establishment.

It was just bland. There is no other word for it. The service was fine but the food was just lacking any originality or flare. Friendly place, bland food. Very overpriced. Plenty of room for large crowds and very nice setting. I give it 2.5 stars

Ordered the crab balls, really scrumptious. Also had the chicken kabob, cooked to perfection with Loaded bake potato. Bread and cracker basket is complementary with every meal. Staff is courteous and well mannered, ready to serve.I've eaten here several times and have no complaints.

I know it has been Gus and Georges since 1981. In 1999 we moved to Iowa for work. When i retired from that job, we moved back here last December. One of the first things we noticed was Gus and Georges was still doing well.
