Food had no flavor. Ordered 2 kids meals that cost $7 a piece for what dinosaur shaped nuggets and mediocre fries?! They were supposed to be chicken strips. I ordered the Pollo Asado and it was hunk of unseasoned chicken, the refried beans were bland and the rice was just as bad.. never again

The staff here was very friendly and the food was good.

The food is good but their prices are a little too high for what you get. They charged me extra $5 just for asking for a little extra sour cream and pico de gallo (which the plates only give u very little) The mango margarita was $14 and it tasted more like juice than a margarita drink. The service was very good but I wish their prices were more reasonable especially when the place isn't that good looking.

This restaurant was recommended by the hotel we were staying at, and it did not disappoint. My husband and I had chicken fajitas, and enchiladas. The food was authentic and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were shockingly low. Would definitely go back.

I really didnt like this place at all. The service was horrible. The person that delivered our food to our table looked like he was drunk, and when we got our food it was tasteless and my brother found two hairs on his food. When i payed for my check i was supposed to get change back since the waiter had already included the tip on the bill, i never got my change back. I definitely dont recommend it.

I’ve been going to Guads in VA beach for years but this is the first time I can say the service was horrible. Our waitress “yessica” blew us off when we informed her we did not have silverware and never came to see if our food orders was right which it wasn’t. Never asked me if I wanted another margarita which I did but never got. Every time I attempted to get her attention she was too busy flirting with other staff to worry about her customers. I was going to reflect here poor service in her tip but realized it was already added for our large party. I would not come with a group since your server will ignore you because she knows her gratuity will be in the bill regardless.

Atmosphere is good and the people were nice however, I took away one star for bad service, not because anyone was rude but because they sucked at their job well at least the waiter and hostess did. The food wasn’t really that great honestly it kind of suck. I’m Mexican so if your looking for authentic Mexican food this isn’t the place.

Food was delicious however we sat ourselves and once we got our food waitress disappeared. And there was only 4 tables with customers! No drink refills and I had to ask for my check! Too many other places with better minded staff.

Awfully overpriced for the lackluster and rather bland food served, made worse by the forgetful, rude, and unapologetic service. Compulsory 18% gratuity was ridiculous after the experience. Won't be returning.

The worst place to eat mexican food, the carne asada, rice and beans have no flavor, and it is too expensive compared to the food quality they offer. We work hard to get our money, and our money doesn't deserve to be spend in this way at this place. Sí eres hispano, porfavor no vallas a este lugar porque la comida no tiene ningún tipo de sabor, es carisimo y la comida es pésima, simple y sin sabor en lo absoluto.
