As yet another fantastic Boka Restaurant Group endeavor, GT Fish & Oyster opened in March of 2011, and has helped redefine the American seafood restaurant. Michelin starred, and Food and Wines Best New Chef 2008, Giuseppe Tentori, has developed a menu that's half-traditional, half modern, in an everchanging small plates format. The restaurant received three stars from the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun Times, and 4 stars from Time Out Chicago.

I stumbled across this web-site, and was inspired by the story of this local company that was set up by a young entrepreneur. So I decided to try their products. I put an order in at circa 9pm in the evening, and they were delivered to my door by 9am the very next day. What an amazing service!

Beautiful, fresh fish arrived the morning after i ordered! it was packed very efficiently allowing me to eat some for dinner and freeze some and delivery was free.
