Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Husband ordered pizza through Uber and forgot to request garlic on the side. We called to have them add it to our order and they said they couldn’t bc it was a $2 up charge and we ordered through Uber. Manager was super unfriendly and didn’t seem to care that he had an upset customer. Why would you not just give us the garlic? Terrible customer service. We typically order pizza here all the time but sadly will no longer be doing so.

I usually love this place but tonight was something else. The table is covered in bugs (wheat flies?). This is the first bad experience but it was so bad we had to finish our wine and just take our food to go. Please take care of this so I can enjoy my next experience here when I come back.

Our team orders pizza often for lunch to celebrate our success, this is not the joke of a pie you get from Dominos pizza whom by the way always deliver late. This is iconic pizza pie that once you try once you will not order elsewhere. Bring the whole family and be ready for an amazing experience!
